The annual ranking is determined through a survey of all IBBI boatbuilder members.<\/p>\n<p>Approximately 90 IBBI suppliers were graded in the survey. Evaluation criteria included product quality, customer service, delivery, technical service, accurate invoicing and warranty administration.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re pleased to recognize Thetford for their superior product quality, service and support. Our members depend on these supplier attributes to make their businesses productive and profitable,&#8221; said Tom Broy, IBBI president.<\/p>\n<p>Thetford Marine is the exclusive sanitation supplier to IBBI, and also offers its array of Norcold refrigerators to members. IBBI is a marine purchasing cooperative formed in 1989.
